Marshall engine numbers
John the s type is 83985 a 6hp compound of 1928 and the standard 7hp compound is to the best of my knowledge 45693 of 1906. this was arrived at by a process of elimination with lots of research by David Toyne and and others.

Flywheel.
Greetings Tim,
I am sure I have seen a Marshall flywheel on ebay in the last few days under steam engine. I think yours will be the bigger size, over four feet diameter. Mathew, at Ticehurst may be able to help you as he has lots of "bits." Cheerio Michael Webber.
