There were many other exhibits, rollers and tractions and tractors all rumbling around the place - I just didn't get a chance to photograph that many! It was great to see the Tuxford Steeple engine running (I seem to keep missing it in motion!) and the steam sawmill working with a Marshall portable was fantastic - engines take on a totally different sound when they are working hard.

The 100th Rally at Lake Goldsmith in November looks like it will be huge, and well worth visiting - and following on 5 months later will be Melbourne Steam Traction Engine Club's 50th Rally so it'll be a pretty good time for steam and heritage enthusiasts in Victoria!
