I would like to take this opportunity to invite you all to Camborne for Trevithick Day 2009.
Camborne's festival of free street entertainment. Celabrating the great inventor of high pressure steam, Richard Trevithick.
30 - 35 Steam engines will be attending, lining up throughout Bassett Road.
On the Sunday 26th April we will be holding a road run as of previous years.
This year it falls in line with the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs ''Drive It Day''.
The aim simply being for historic vehicles to be seen on or by the highway, so that the public are reminded that they exist and are being preserved by many people for posterity.
Will be good to see you there.
