Default Trimpley 2014

Trimpley Show is a fairly small one day vintage event but on quite an extensive and pleasant site not far from Kidderminster. Plenty of room for steamers; only this Ruston and Hornsby tractor and 6" Burrell single in attendance. Not much movement but not that there isn't enough space. Quite a lot of overnight campers and mobile homers taking advantage of the very pleasant surroundings and a really cheap village hall/social club.

It was the first time I have attended Trimpley rally hosted by Bridgnorth Vintage Machinery Club. There is likely to be similar event next year; it has been going for a long time. I will notify on here for the next one.
Incidently the Bridgnorth Vintage Machinery Club has a "bring something along" night and B-B-Q at the social club in Alveley tomorrow; Aug 4th, this has been known to be a bit thin on exhibits if the weather is rough. If anybody wants to look in I'm sure they will be welcome.
The Ruston is a regular visitor to local events along the Field Marshall with quite a numerous family crew and has I think always been in this corner of Shropshire; quite often they display a detailed information board but didn't see it this time so it isn't fresh in my memory.
