Default A steamy party

Had an enjoyable weekend with the Wallis and Burrell at a local party. A nice run over and back on the Burrell, and an evening in good company infront of the fire with some nice ale. Couldn't ask for more!

It was built by David Bennion of Newport, Shropshire as a crane engine.
It passed from there to Aubrey Sanders in Devon, in the r.l. form it's in now.
Don't know who owns it now though.

It passed from David Bennion to the late Horace White. Horace sold it to the late Aubrey Sanders. The engine is still with the family

Just us and Thomas in terms of steam. They were busy doing a bit of log cutting and stone crushing with a couple of tractors and a bulldozer too. Probably about 20 or so people there in the evening, just very chilled out and relaxed, you'd have enjoyed it!
Yeah, cracking on again this winter, get the lagging done and start thinking about everything else
