Default Trevithick Dartford 2011

Just back after a great day in Dartford Central Park. A big thank you to Colin and his team for organising another excellent event. Below are pictures to show the atmosphere of the event:-




















A proud young man - Graham designed and made the steam power unit largely from scrap



PS - The fullsize engines will be steaming past Richard Trevithick's grave tomorrow Sunday.

Great pic of blakey doing the foden dance,had a great time trundling round the park on the roller.
A big thanks to Colin,Ian ,Viv and team for organising a great show that is free to the public.Also great to see stephen frys left ear back charging around the field on his new big engine hope you have lots of fun with it.

Lightbulb Sunday Run

A few photos from the sunday morning meeting before and after the Dedication by The Mayor of Dartford to
Richard Trevithick. Then the engines steam up East Hill past the old graveyard where Trevithick is buried.
