Hi
I did the rad for my 1921 Leyland Raf type myself, 90 x 2ft x 1/2" tubes with something like 13,000 gills all to be put on the right way. Then they have to be solder dipped, painted and soldered into the top and bottom plates. A small radiator company in Farnham Surrey did the soldering.
