A long shot - Is this the company that was going to build a steam railway (10 1/4" ?) along the bank of the Severn Estuary by Severnside / Severn Beach ?

No connection whatsoever..

The Severn Beach Miniature Railway is on the other side of the river to the north-west of Bristol.

Jo Nemeth who is behind it is a very competent engineer.
