As we can’t reply in this section, a new thread is the only way to say that nameplate is off a loco. It’s a recognisable pattern of letters from one maker too, but I couldn’t tell you which one without looking it up.

It’s nearly three feet long, not many traction engines have a flat bit that long to screw it to, a Tiger tractor especially not.
