A couple of days on a good milling machine would rip that from solid . , .

I have done this before for 6 x 4" tapered flange I-section but only for a 6' length! It did need a bit of straightening as the solid stress relieved itself - but doable.

It might even work out cheaper than trying to import it - if your time is 'free'.

The main chassis was created this way by using a Victorian/Edwardian plainer where the tool piece is stationary and the bed moves. The problem is it took 18months for the company to get around to it…

Now, somewhat out of my depth and not knowing exactly the orientations of the dimensions required, something popped into my head....
Could a suitable size/style of RSJ be utilised by cutting off two if the flanges ?
Yes, I know that's 28m of cutting but I did say I'm out of my depth
