I have never heard of a `Jarad` car but I expect you mean the Jowett, must have been around 1933, Grandfather bought a new Vauxhall in 1933 also registered in Winchester CG 4121 very close to the Jowett registered number.
Jowetts were made in a Factory at Bradford until around 1954 after that the factory was sold to International Harvester for the manufacture of the range of small tractors, 250 then 275 and further models until closed in probably 1980s but production continued at Doncaster for sometime after, my last new Case tractor came from that factory.
