Whoever drives or attends a steam loco/traction engine in full steam without overalls for protection against unforeseen escape of high pressure steam should be removed from the rally field.
Just imagine the agony one would suffer in the event of a gauge glass braking or a safety valve popping without warning, not to mention the health and safety authorities taking the first opportunity to shut down or increase control of our hobby.
