![]() This was another first for me this year, had a great time on the Saturday when the weather was just right. Plenty to see and do, great atmosphere, laid back and friendly. Very little high vis presence telling where to go and what to do, back to the good times before H & S when common sense ruled.
Great time great show well done to the committee, keep up the good work for a good cause. Enjoy |

32936 1916 Single Cylinder Traction Engine, Reg. No: ER 603, 7nhp, 10 tons, “FELSTED BELLE” History; 1916 - Built on Wednesday 13 December and supplied to Christopher W. Blewett, Cornish Hall End, Great Yeldham, Essex where she was registered NO 6955. 1917 - Commandeered by the War Department for WW1 and sent to France returning to Blewetts when she was re-registered. 1942 - Bought in January by Arthur Baldock Limited, Haverhill, Suffolk working for them until 1948. 1954 - Sold to Arthur Clarke, Felsted, Essex who named her. 1963 - Part exchanged with Bob Pumfrey for a Fowler Showman’s Locomotive. 1967 - Owned by David J. Nourse, Toft, Cambridgeshire. 2005 - Sold to the present owner at Wymondham, Norfolk. |
