Thank you to all those who helped with the event and thank you to all those who supported it. It is a real pleasure to share such a day with every one who came and these pictures with those who couldn't make it. It's an excuse to put Oliver to work in its natural role but it would not happen without the efforts of so many friends and family to whom I am very grateful
The bonus is the windmill has gained nearly £5000 every penny of which will be spent securing its future
Personally I am blooming knackered after the weekend but looking forward to leaving for Dorset shortly. Oliver running on steel wheels has given my knees jip! Steel wheels are great for the photographers and historians but painful punishment to the engine and drivers if you want to get from a to b!
