On the day camping never gets that full
Take a deep air mattress or camp bed as your in for the worst nights sleep ever if you intend to sleep on the ground
The field they usually use for on the day camping is a rough ploughed straw field with lumps of chalk mixed in for good measure.
Also, when setting up, try to keep to one of the outer edges
Sometimes in the night the idiots like to get tanked up and drive 4 wheeled bikes around.
Lock ALL valuables in your boot at ALL times.
