![]() Weather was good, turn out was good. Some real lovely engines. The small Ruston Proctor was really lovely, We have never seen one before.
Ground a little spongy but by the end of yesterday was pretty hard and I expect today being the best weather day it will be much harder. Trade stands were poor though. One tractor stand, a few tool ones and that was it. More like a car boot ![]() |

![]() I went there, yesterday with my best friend and it was the first time for both of us. A really good size rally and I even had a try at steering "Southern Queen", in the afternoon. Videos of the rally itself and me steering will be posted really soon

![]() We also paid a visit yesterday, cracking rally as always, stayed dry for a change, its always nice to see a rally that puts the steam stuff in the ring for most of the day with 2 parades, ladies steering and the games in the afternoon. Haven't been for a few years and things have changed a bit on site! Hats off to the young lady who was directing both engine and pedestrian traffic as the engines entered and left the ring!! Now if the rally organising committee could also organise the traffic calming around the M25 for next years rally it won't take us over 3.5 hours to journey down from Bedfordshire!!!
