A contact would be appreciated for the Ruston & Hornsby if anyone can help?

Your engine first attended in 1978 according to the information i have, you would still be very welcome to exhibit

Charlie D has made contact with some of the above, there are a couple that may be impossible, but we will try our best
The ruston is currently on ebay I believe, apparently in good condition, link is:

S'truth! The last time I bought that engine it cost me £500.

Just a quick update for this years 60th event

There are currently 47 full size engines booked in

7 of the 47 were present at the 1956 event

2 of the 47 are very interesting work in progress exhibits (not in steam)

Over 30 are taking part in the 'Alan Thomas Memorial Road Run' on the Thursday

I also understand there are 3 saw benches and other associated equipment in the working section

The closing date has now passed but there is still a little left in the budget so i'm happy to take any late entries subject to expenses required

Fingers crossed for some nice weather and a great weekend
