Rotary 3 phase convertor

Needs to be rotary not a static and preferebly capable of running a three HP motor.

phase convertor

what size convertor do you need and dose it need to be a rotary? Has we have digital convertor for sale.we had it running our harrison lathe which had a 5hp motor. thanks mark.
