The Ploughing engine is this one from Steamy One A Heuke I think

I have just been scrolling through some past Old Glory's and found a picture of the engine from their 2009 event (I haven't got a scanner so cannot scan it in). The caption underneath reads "Stored on site awaiting its owner's decision is this German-built Henschel ploughing engine". So yes, its a European example.

May well be, maybe the image in Old Glory was wrongly captioned.
