![]() The weather must have been wet leading up to the weekend, as the field and car park was very wet in places, however the sun broke out and gave the visitors some late in the season entertainment.Glad the photo's were a good second best for those who did not make it this year.
Mark.

![]() Clocked up around 12km on the 3" Burrell over the two days. Approx 240 passengers, running from 10:30 to 17:00, even through heavy hail showers!
Got through a little over 25kg best welsh coal, countless gallons of water and 2 trailer tyres. We do this twice a year at Stotfold, for the mill funds. The Autumn event is more relaxed than the Spring one but both are very good. Time for both the engine and myself to have a break, until the next time..... Dave |

![]() The weekend was very well organised by the Saunders Family. We were invited as guests with our little engine and were made very welcome. Saturday had the driest ground but it chucked it down late Saurday afternoon and rained for hours, it was amazing the site wasn't too bogged down on the Sunday. We put the spuds on the tractor and still managed a few tours round.
It's a very nice do and raises money to keep the adjoining beautifully restored watermill going. The Autumn event is organised as working engines (no showmans or organs etc) and the event earlier in the year more of a fairground feel. Plenty of wood was sawn and 3 loads of wheat thrashed. James |

![]() We went for a look and was impressed by the amount of stuff there,
Most impressive was a very large Gardner single (possibly mill or pump engine) mounted in a lorry trailer that I've not seen before. If it wasn't for Saturday evenings rain the ground would have been better than most 'Summer' rallies. All in all a good show. |
