Default Riverside # 2

Following on from Ian's coverage of the rally, here are a few of mine. This year, I am thinking to include more people and a bit more interest in the images and see how it goes:

LOL David, fancy taking a picture when the injector clack had stuck open!

A few from me.

Nerys cleaning the Foden

At the Legh Arms in Mere Brow.

And my current favourie motor, just the thing for carrying coal and tools, a 1918 Pattern Crossley 'Light Tender'. Sadly we didn't get them together, perhaps next year.

Thanks to the organisers for another splendid show and for booking the weather, but can we have warmer evenings please?. Also thanks to Mike and John for being charged with the Foden, it was a pleasure.

Anyone with a 5 ton Foden want to swap one for a Marshall tractor??

Great day out yesterday , highlights were seeing the Fred Dibnah exhibits for the first time , a good selection of steam exhibits and a fine collection of commercials , cars and motorcycles .
It was interesting to see the Foden tipper demo', good use of the flywheel .

The tipping was great fun, I would have tipped it all the way up but there was stuff in the back!

Having never met you before I did not know that it was you giving the demo' of the tipping facility on the Foden .
Really interesting display
I was filming the tipping while you were discussing the process with another chap .
