I retubed a steel boiler - copper tube type 7 1/4" Hunslet.
All I did was make 2 very slow tapered drift, grease it well jack the firebox end in and thrape the smokebox end in with a big hammer . A lot quicker and easier than tube expanders, and non have leaked to date ( Fitted 9 years ago)
