Default Rushden Cavalcade 2010

I went to Rushden today, what a difference a day makes - overcast and half the temperature. Owing to the overnight rain not much engine movement and not many good pictures, however the engine count was well up on previous years.

One of the highlights of the rally, as in previous years, has been the larger scale miniatures that attend, a selection of pictures:

First time out for this 6" Mac, very nice:

Matching 3/4 size Foden's:

Half size Mann steam wagon that I have not seen before:

Some of the other miniatures in attendance:

All my other pictures from the day are now on Steam Scenes:

GNS should have had a 9" Tasker, a 6" Tasker, a 6"Savage and the Mann Waggon in the picture

Regards
Steven

Trystan - 6" Mac was built by Ian Jenner and not a GNS one although it was painted by GNS. A super engine and a real credit to Ian and the transfer really finishes it off.

Back to the painting - Dorset is coming way to fast!
