Not sure but I used to regularly drive tractors up and down it, you soon went down the gears with 85bhp

What gear was the Burrell in?

That sounds like 3rd gear to me kevin. if you go really fast over Clayton hill with a gold medal this amazing trick that puts the fire out at the front of the firebox! Oops
