Clocked up around 12km on the 3" Burrell over the two days. Approx 240 passengers, running from 10:30 to 17:00, even through heavy hail showers!
Got through a little over 25kg best welsh coal, countless gallons of water and 2 trailer tyres. We do this twice a year at Stotfold, for the mill funds. The Autumn event is more relaxed than the Spring one but both are very good. Time for both the engine and myself to have a break, until the next time..... Dave
