Firstly, Phillip, dont give up with your event, I am sure it will all work out, given time and planning, perhaps you may go and visit those on here who help run events ,for ideas and ways of getting over the hurdels that exist for the safety of others, so that we can enjoy our hobby.
Secondly good luck Tom with your event for the weekend, looks like you have the one thing that makes an event complete, sun. Without you, our hobby would be much poorer, without the effort you all put in during the 12 months of the year too put on these events, I salute you all.
