Yes, Roy made the wedding fashionably late and even got dragged round the céilidh once i'd had some pig brook beer. i'll try get some for kemble, there's some good beer from north cotswold brewery.
i have to say marcle has to be one of the best events lots to see not too commercial and fantastic company.
if you need some where to park up pre kemble (or any other time your passing) your more than welcome. were about a hour and a quarter from marcle

Thanks Adam, but we are staying where we are until Kemble. May be looking for somewhere after Bishop's Castle, though you might want to reconsider after you see Doreen's photo of the dogs. It will appear after her registration application is approved.

I thoroughly enjoyed this show - I went on sunday. There was a huige amount to see both in the ring and the working demonstrations - particularly the ploughing. I rarely go to shows as I feel my time is better spernt on my own engine, but I will certainly make the exception for Much Marcle in 2011!

The show appeared to be very well organised/run and yet it wasn't 'clinical' - engines were allowed to move around the site and they were accessable to the public. The same was true for all classes of exhibits

Well done to the organisers and exhibitors.

Regards Carl.

I meant to add:

Lord Lascelles should have a 'health warning' - that engine is so quiet - no gear noise, rattles, squeaks - nothing!

Spider looked superb!

Cheers Carl.

I had a very enjoyable weekend.
Thanks to Richard and Gareth for a well run, laid back show.
Hopefully all the effort was worth it.
Hope to be back next year.
