Any jobbing machine shop should be able to knock them out on a CNC machine , but be sure to specify the material , and supply a drawing , and get a cert of some sort for the material to show your boiler inspector . Otherwise they will make them out of a free turning leaded steel . I did not say a receipt , because you might be able to get a cash deal . Brian Allison at Allison Steam Supplies could no doubt help , but a local back door deal into the back of your car would be simplest .
