Colne Valley Railway Vintage Vehicle Rally, 20/21 April 2013

Bit early to be plugging this I know, but the 5th annual Colne Valley Railway Vintage Vehicle Rally in the village of Castle Hedingham, Essex will be held on the 20th and 21st April 2013. In previous years this event has been rather classic car – heavy with only one or two steam engines, but I’d like to increase the steam side a bit if possible this year.

It’s a small rally but friendly, there’s no restriction on engine movements during the day and we’ll supply engine owners with coal from the railway’s own supply of steam coal. Full size and miniature steam welcome, also vintage tractors and commercials, cars and motorbikes but sorry – no stationary engines this year.
