Default Easter events

Anyone know of any steam related events this weekend! I know about the one at Gt Dunmow, in essex, and the event at the Great Central railway! Anyone know more about them? Both are a bit far but if there isnt much else on ill have to drive up there for a steam fix!

The 10th Medway Festival of Steam is on at Chatham Dockyard on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th

Default Great Central Road/Rail Steam, Quorn

Collecting together as many ex-Leicestershire County Council rollers as possible, 4 expected including the late Rev. Teddy Boston's 'Thistledown' (first steaming in approx 35 years).
Friday demonstration on building a carousel and night-time steam-powered fairground.
Saturday evening road-run into Quorn
Steam-hauled trains passing through rally site on double track all weekend.

That would be one of those Yankee things , which go around the wrong way ?

The Gallopers were 'lectric today, though Nerys did suggest the engine was like the one 'Uncle Ken' had in his shed (and it is).
