Default Ashley Hall

Does anyone know anything about this rally? We're taking a couple of our Foden diesels.

Say they have 30 engines entered. If they mean 30 full size it should be good.

30 full size entered and I think the other sections are well subscribed too.

I went to the site yesterday and it's lovely. They've only had one event there before, a ploughing match, but I think it will make a good show ground.

We will be there with Foden Burrell and Tasker. Should be a good do.

Does anyone know how to get to the show ground? Looking on the map there seem to be a lot of narrow lanes and dont fancy getting lost with the lowloader and 8 wheeler with living van!

Aveling8727s lorry driving boss suggested to me he was going in from the bottom end, via Ashley Road down the side of Tatton Park.

You can access via Hale but the most favoured route for waggons seems to be the Tatton mile as Hedd suggests. Phil Moston has done a recce for artics and I've done it for roading engines.
