1950 28ft Hirst showman living van

Due to lack of use and space issues we are selling our lovely 28 ft living van.

Its very sound and water tight having had a complete new roof and major rebuild about 15 years ago. The paintwork could do with freshening up and some of the belly boxes need the locks looking at.

We recently had made a very comfortable double mattress. We often sleep up to 6 in it but strictly speaking it has capacity for only one couple. We have mattresses stored for others to sleep in the lounge. There is room for a portable toilet in the bedroom cupboard.

The cut glass is in excellent condition as is the internal woodwork apart from one very small area that we haven't addressed yet.

The kitchen has a large capacity fridge, a cooker, sink and drainer.

It has a good set of 7.50 x 16 on and I will make sure all the spares we have go with it too. It has a 2 line air brake system and weighs in at almost 8 tons. We tow it with a Scammell ballasted tractor so you will need a hefty unit to pull it. We don't currently have plans to let one of the Scammells go I am afraid.
