Garrett agricultural no. 32936 of 1916 (Aka 'Felsted Belle. I hope she'll soon be reunited with her name plate.) had a run out recently to celebrate not only the start of the 'steaming season', but also the fitting of front rubbers.
Showing off her new tyres before leaving her current 'stable' at Bressingham.
On a picturesque road through Wortham Ling.
and
Heading along Ling Road in the Waveney valley.
Over the Waveney at Denmark Bridge and back into Norfolk.
Arriving at Fair Green.
Lunch at The Cock.
Lunch time view.
Refreshing the Belle too.
Setting off for home.
Back again.
Everything OK, ready for next week's Steam-Up at the Long Shop in Leiston.
I'm pleased to report that the new rubbers definitely improved both the ride and the steering. Thanks to Steve and Jeni for another great day out.
Bill.
