You are right, but Friday got out to sun and patchy cloud whereas Saturday threatened rain and got darker. There were times on Saturday when it was too dark for decent photography. I have checked my digital camera and I took more photos on Thursday evening than I did on Saturday having arrived mid-afternoon and not photographing until my camp was set up, but I took more on Friday than any other day due to the better weather. Sunday was spent filming movies from the engines and the ground plus doing some steering as well.
Because of the dark sky, I did not take a single photograph until 18.20 on Saturday where as I took 135 on Friday!

Yes, very confusing, and a senior moment. For the first batch read Thursday evening and the 2nd batch read Friday. Thanks for putting me right!

I will try to get the next batch right!!!

And now to Sunday (I got it right this time). Not a good photography day. A lot of dust in the playpen blown up by high speed sentinels. But here goes.

My better half steering for friend of Hairy Monster

Tony learning to do it properley. Taught by young Evans the professional!!

Tony being shown "How to do it"!!

The fairground

This reminds me of a typical council yard in the 1950s

I really do wonder what Sawman is thinking

And the conversation here could be interesting
