Went today as missed last years....visitor numbers seemed very much up, but couldn't help feeling the few engines that were there had been pushed to one side?? More of a funfair with hints of Victoriana rather than a Victorian fair?? that said though very enjoyable day, especially if you were my 5 year old

Hi tez,

Both Scotland and Wales have their own Assemblies to decide their own laws thus both countries are part of the Former United Kingdom or FUK for short!

Well, I am home after a lovely weekend, weather was fine although a little cold compared to the East, but in all it was a good event. Many people turned up and this made taking photo's a little hard, and were part of the pictures.
It was a pleasure to meet up with Mr Bloor, Buzzy Bee, and Mark Lewis, it made my weekend complete. And the final icing on the cake was to be invited to Join an old friend to go on the road run around the sea front in his Scammell Highwayman, a real joy.

I know that Tom... but all ports in England,Wales & Scotland are still classed as UK.
