Everyone is welcome to the may day bank holiday steaming event.The two 1884 james watt beam engines will be in steam along with the ex linby colliery winder and three new exibits,a w.h allen gen set,marshall vertical test engine and a weir steam boiler feed pump.The dual gauge miniture railway will be running and tours to the 1879 under ground resorvoir should also take place(weather and staff permitting).Morris dances will also be appearing on monday only. Alan(papplewick pumping station volunteer).
