Scammell Highwayman ballast tractor
I stupidly left the guys email at home but if anyone has any interest in buying a 1963 cycle wing ballast tractor that looks to be in near perfect condition please email or message me and i will let you know the contact details. Its being sold by a large firm so negotiations may take some time and it has been advertised else where as well.
