Default URGENT! 4" Foster Inspection hatch gasket

Hi everyone,

I have a boiler inspector coming next week to cold test and steam test my 4" Foster but LSM dont have any inspection hatch seals/gaskets to order up.

Does anyone have a spare new one that they would sell to me so I dont have to cancel the steam test next week?

I'd be most greatfull.

Thanks.

Again thanks very much for all your knowledge guys I'll give them a call tomorrow and hopfully pick one up.
I'll let you all know.

Then it's strip down my engine pretty much. Safties need stripping. Fusible plug out, all inspection and blow downs. Water gauges off and stripped! Think I be going for club boiler tests in future. I'm only doing this as the company I bought the model from last week failed to supply me with steam test cert that it so say has. They can't get another copy for some reason! So they are getting RSA to do a steam test so I have to go through all this when I've only had the engine one week!! Really not very happy to be honest but at least a full inspection will show any other problems that they can fix.

Does anyone know what size to order? My engine is stored away from my house and getting over to measure it is a 30 mile drive! Thanks again.
