Have you tryed the NTET pattern register???
I have a Ransomes 6nhp i dont know how they differ,if they dont you can borrow mine for a pattern its just gathering dust in me workshop or failing that go on my thred ransomes portable 13235 on restoration section and contact RANSOMES_PORTABLE he has a 8nhp he may help you.

Hi Matt, The 8 nhp chimney base is 2' -1'' from top of smoke box to top flange.the 6 nhp base is 1'-111/2''. I had one cast for my 4 nhp ransomes portable. Windy Miller is restoring a 8 nhp Ransomes I think he as a good chimney base. Good luck with your restoration. Ray ..
