Trevithic ovoids

If you really want the experience then buy a few bags of home fire ovals, these I would say burn very similarly.

I've used both on our miniature and both produced very similar results, fine for static beer tent work but rapidly ran out of puff if you wanted to do something, also produced lots of ash.
One last recent thing I've found is the Trevithic ovoids really dont like getting wet and tended to go a bit mushy, yet my home fire ovals dont really get effected at all, yes they get wet but the Trevithic's seemed to really absorb the water.
