you'll struggle to get an unstyled D in the UK as they only started importing them during the war around 1941/2 (we've a 1942 one) and most of the earlier than that have been brought over in modern times, the deeres tend to make at least 2-3000 dollars in the US so add on haulage and that unstyled one is a bargain. look out for leaky seals on the transmission and worn clutch / crank bearings. you can get most bits though but at a price.. theres not many folks stock parts for them in the uk, theyre also a heavy brute of a thing around 4 ton

4 ton is a little high, I would have said more like 3. Still too much for an ifor Williams an Land Rover though.
