It would seam, that the main reason the steam section (this year less than 15 engine) is so poor, is (among a few other issues such as clashing with Bedford Rally) is in no small way due to the attitude shown to many who attended in the past, by the steam steward.

I heard many call it the Grand Henham Non Steam Rally. To be honest, and to be blunt, compared to how it used to be, the steam section is now pathetic. As a spectator, who went mainly to see the steam section, I was disappointed!
