It seems what Chris wants is one a bit like this.
 The pictures he has referred me too have a bell like this with a lever hanging down. Near as I can tell like the one above. The one in my pic is what I have on the Marshall, it was found in an antiques shop near Chatsworth. Does anyone have something similar to sort Chris out, otherwise we shall have to copy mine!
