Statfold Barn Railway Enthusiasts Day - 29 March 2014

I went over to Statfold Barn Railway this morning for their open day. Mostly narrow gauge rail stuff at this event but always an amazing place to visit:



Some road steam things to look at, interesting to compare with my pics in 2011 & 2012.

One engine in steam, Aveling & Porter 11240, with new Taylor Bros sign writing on the valve covers:






Aveling & Porter 10005 which has been at Statfold for a while. Restoration looks almost complete, a very impressive roller:












Disassembled parts of Fowler B5 RL 9177, at one time Dawn of the Century - can’t wait to see this one finished:
