Brand new living van/shepherd's hut for sale - built by a professional carpenter, never been used.

It’s built on a heavy duty Wheatley chassis (a well known Peterborough firm), which has been re-sprayed with Hammerite It has a heavy-duty removable iron drawbar and turntable, with pneumatic tyres for easy transport.

The van's dimensions are:

14' by 6'8" outside (including front canopy)
10'9" by 6’ inside.
Internal height 7’ at lowest point.

All the framing and exterior timber is pressure treated. Detachable steps are included. It has a stable door with stained glass window and ornate hinges. There are a further 2 double glazed windows. The exterior is finished in forest green, with interior finish a clear lacquer. The sides are 3x2 framing with pine t&g inside and out. The roof has a 5’’ camber with rafters cut from ¾ plywood and glued together, then boarded over with t&g. Fully insulated, including the roof which is covered in ½ plywood with Zinc-Tech finish.

There is a fuse board with 3 double sockets and mains hook-up. There are also 3 interior wall lights and an exterior light over canopy. Upholstered bench seat which pulls out to form a 4’ 6’’ double bed.
