Yes it was in ME though I've never seen the drawings available elsewhere. I've got most of them and could make up whats missing.
As I said in the thread about the Countrymans steam series in ME you could always use the cylinder and curved spoke flywheel off the Kitson that Tyler does and make a freelance portable. J
