I saw the material out in Norway, it's a shame it couldn't be salvaged. I assume the previous owner had collected it up for his own station wagons.

I put a set of new elephant hides in the old 2a I had. They looked good and were very comfortable, but noticeably different from the odd original seat I'd managed to find.

It could be worth trying Sam's Trim in Birmingham, they seem pretty keen to please.

Thanks Kev, I will have a word with Sams Trim, I think I may have seen him selling new seats on ebay.

This green check seems pretty scarce stuff, we could do with someone having a batch produced.
