Making it's debut at Lincoln this year is Garrett 32048 a former Joe Powell engine that hasn't seen a rally field in steam for over 50 years, the engine passed it's steam test on 25/7/2011.
Bob Cook has sent me the follow pictures taken of the engine whilst under restoration to post:   I am also told that a Marshall roller is making is debut at Lincoln having never attended a rally before. Should be a Lincoln to remember.
