[No.41]

Today No.41 left Hertfordshire for a new home in Suffolk, where I am sure the new owner will cherish it as I have. In the 1930's No.41 worked in the Mildenhall district while under contract to West Suffolk CC, and was probably transported by rail from Highbridge. Today's journey was by low loader; the last time the roller was not steamed to it's destination was in the 1970's. Our little 4 ton Aveling will continue to be seen out and about.
