A&P Reversing Lever Springs

I am looking at getting a small batch of A&P reversing lever springs made up, I need a pair and have had several quotes and like most things the more I order the cheeper they'll be... I'm not looking to make a profit on these, hopefully we can all help each other out!

I'm looking at getting them made out of normal carbon steel, however the company making them can do them in stainless, for the same price but have advised that they will be about 15% weaker, so I'd be interested to hear peoples opinion on the choice of material.

For just 2 springs the manufacturer is asking £55 each, but if we can get together an order of at least 10 springs then the price comes down to £15.90 each, so obviously it would be best for everyone if I can order a batch.

Obviously there will be postage on top...!
